Area Diagnostic Consulting

CONTEXT

DM9, one of the leading agencies in the history of Brazilian advertising, returned to the market less than two months after its merger with Sunset, Tracylocke Brasil, and Track, forming a new operation. The agency was reborn as the largest investment of the DDB group in Latin America, led by a trio of co-presidents: Pipo Calazans (CEO), Thomas Tagliaferro (COO), and Ícaro Doria (CCO).

PERFORMANCE

I was called to conduct a diagnosis of the creative production department at DM9, focusing on restructuring for greater efficiency and cost control by the agency's leadership, as well as preparing the area for the arrival of the new leader within 45 days. I worked closely with the PMO on redesigning processes, interacting with other transforming areas. I took on the role of Interim Head of Production, ensuring visibility and control of ongoing projects with clients such as MRV, Burger King, Claro, CarePlus, Stellantis, and Pfizer, and participated in the pitch for AUDI. In the end, I prepared and presented a detailed diagnostic report to guide the next steps for the department.
