CONTEXT
Morgan Stanley, one of the world's leading financial services companies, runs the “Exceptional Leaders / Exceptional Ideas” series, which highlights business leaders and their transformative ideas. This initiative aims to strengthen Morgan Stanley's brand as a platform that celebrates innovation and positive impact in the corporate world. For this project, the focus was on producing an interview with David Vélez, CEO of Nubank, conducted by Jorge Kuri, Latin American financial services analyst, aligned with the series' audience, which includes investors, stakeholders, and innovation enthusiasts.
PERFORMANCE
I was responsible for producing and capturing an interview for the “Exceptional Leaders / Exceptional Ideas” series, leading the project with a focus on the United States audience. My activities included:
Production and capture : I supervised all capture of the audiovisual material, ensuring high technical quality and alignment with the series standard.
Crew Management : Managed the local production crew including cameramen, audio technicians and lighting technicians.
Delivery for completion : I organized and sent the raw material to Morgan Stanley's offices in the United States for editing and completion.
This project evolved my management skills, attention to detail and collaboration on global initiatives, contributing to the execution of a product aligned with Morgan Stanley's values and communication strategy.
